Who we are

We are a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services across Illinois. At Raven Behavior Analysis, we partner closely with children, teens, adults, and families to create personalized treatment plans that build essential skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and drive positive, lasting behavior change. Every plan starts with a thorough understanding of your unique strengths, needs, and goals—through record reviews, interviews, assessments, and direct observations—so we can support meaningful progress in home, school, community, or telehealth settings. Our commitment is simple: empower individuals and families to thrive through science-backed strategies and genuine care.

What we do

At Raven Behavior Analysis, we provide compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to help children, teens, adults, and families across Illinois achieve meaningful progress. We specialize in creating highly personalized treatment plans that build essential life skills, improve emotional regulation, reduce challenging behaviors, and foster greater independence and confidence.

We offer flexible, high-quality services delivered in the settings that work best for you:

    •    Early Intervention ABA (Ages 2–6): Research-backed support for young children with autism or developmental delays, focusing on communication, social skills, play, daily routines, and early behavior management to set a strong foundation.

    •    School-Age ABA (Ages 6+): Tailored strategies to boost academic success, advanced social skills, executive functioning, independence, and confidence in school, home, and community environments.

    •    Sports Specific ABA: Real-time, on-field support at practices and games to teach sport skills while building teamwork, communication, peer interaction, and social confidence in natural team settings.

    •    Behavior Consultation (All Ages): Comprehensive plans to address challenging behaviors (such as aggression, self-injury, or property destruction) while teaching functional communication, coping strategies, and daily living skills for lasting positive change.

Services are available via in-home sessions, telehealth consultations, and soon at our upcoming clinic in Channahon, IL. We proudly serve Morris and surrounding communities including Channahon, Minooka, Joliet, Plainfield, Ottawa, and more.

Our goal is simple: partner with you to create real, measurable improvements that enhance quality of life and help every individual thrive.

Conditions We Support

We commonly support clients with:

    •    Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) — Including early childhood autism, school-age support, and needs across the full spectrum (formerly including diagnoses like Asperger’s or PDD-NOS). ABA is widely recognized as one of the most effective, research-backed interventions for improving communication, social skills, adaptive behaviors, emotional regulation, and reducing challenging behaviors.

    •    Developmental Delays — Delays in speech/language, motor skills, play, social interaction, self-care, or cognitive milestones, often seen in young children.

    •    Intellectual and Learning Disabilities — Support for building functional skills, daily independence, academic readiness, and executive functioning.

    •    Challenging Behaviors — Including aggression, self-injury, tantrums, elopement, property destruction, or other behaviors that interfere with home, school, or community life (regardless of formal diagnosis).

    •    ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) — Strategies to improve focus, impulse control, organization, and social interactions through structured ABA techniques.

    •    Anxiety-Related Behaviors and Emotional Regulation Challenges — Helping individuals develop coping skills, tolerance for change, and positive ways to express needs.

While ABA originated and has the strongest evidence base for supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental conditions, its principles can effectively address many behavioral and skill-based needs. We conduct a thorough, individualized assessment for every client to determine the best fit and create targeted, compassionate plans that work in your real-world environment—whether in-home, telehealth, school collaboration, sports settings, or our upcoming Channahon area clinic.
